In addition to easily creating pixel-perfect PDF files, PrimoPDF allows you to further simplify distribution of your digital
documents through its ‘Email PDF' feature. With this option set, PrimoPDF will automatically attach a copy of your converted
file to a blank message using your favorite email program, all in one simple process.
To set up the Email PDF feature:
- Open a document to convert to PDF and select Print, then choose the PrimoPDF printer and click OK
- From the PrimoPDF window, select Email PDF from the Post Process menu.
- Set any other desired options, including the location where you wish your PDF to be saved, and then click Create PDF.
PrimoPDF will create your new PDF in the location you choose and then launch your default email program, creating a new message
with the PDF attached. All you need to do is add a recipient and send the message — it's that easy
